“A week in a friendly, comfortable and tranquil location”

We really enjoyed our week in Winnetts cottage. It is suitable for a family of four, or three singles like us. The cats, dogs and ponies are a bonus for animal lovers, not to mention the very friendly turkey who is partial to cake crumbs! Christine & Chris with their family are relaxed and welcoming hosts, and we were impressed by all the work they themselves have done on the farm and cottages.

That adventure starts right from the door and could be walking, cycling on the nearby Tissington Trail, walking along the River Dove to Dovedale, climbing or pony trekking in the hills and dales of the Peak District National Park. However it could be a short drive to visit one of the historic stately homes such as Chatsworth or Haddon Hall or just exploring the shops in our local market towns and villages.

Whatever activity you choose, a warm welcome awaits your arrival, with a table laid for tea with a freshly baked cake. Your hosts Christine and Chris are on hand to make sure that your stay at Church Farm Holiday Cottages in the Peak District National Park is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
